Terms of Service & Escrow Custody Agreement
Last Updated: 2026/27 Operating Standard · Governing Law: England & Wales
1. Platform Nature & Performance Model
CustomersNow.co.uk ("CustomersNOW", "we", "us") operates a sovereign B2B performance-based customer acquisition infrastructure. Unlike digital marketing agencies charging non-contingent retainers or directories selling shared consumer enquiries, CustomersNOW delivers 100% exclusive, phone-verified customer quote requests pre-funded through client escrow accounts.
2. Performance Escrow Treasury & Drawdowns
2.1 Capital Protection: All funds deposited by the Client into their designated performance escrow account remain the beneficial property of the Client until a verified customer intake meeting our Quality Standard is delivered.
2.2 Drawdown Trigger: Escrow funds are only drawn down on a strict pay-per-verified-customer basis upon the delivery of an exclusive homeowner or commercial decision-maker enquiry.
2.3 1-Click Unallocated Fund Refund: The Client retains the statutory and contractual right to request an immediate, 100% refund of all unallocated, unspent escrow capital at any time without exit penalties or lock-in periods.
3. 100% Exclusivity & Anti-Spam SLA
Every customer quote delivered through CustomersNOW is strictly 1-to-1 exclusive. We warrant that no customer lead delivered to your account will be syndicated, resold, or routed to any competing contractor or third party in your designated postal territory.
4. 48-Hour Dispute Credit Protocol
If a delivered intake contains an invalid telephone number, fake identity, or out-of-area postcode, the Client may submit a dispute through their Client Portal within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Upon automated verification, 100% of the drawn acquisition capital is credited back to the Client's active escrow balance immediately.
5. B2B Commercial Cancellation & Governing Law
This agreement is entered into solely between commercial businesses and is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
