Only Pay When Real, Phone-Verified Heat Pumps Customers Land In Your Hands. Burnt by marketing agencies demanding £2,000 monthly retainers or directories selling the same Heat Pumps enquiry to 5 competing contractors? With CustomersNOW, your funds sit protected in your own dedicated Stripe performance escrow.** You only pay when a real, phone-verified customer in your area requests a quote exclusively from your business.** ## What CustomersNOW Will NEVER Do To Your Heat Pumps Business We know how many heat pumps companies have been burned by aggressive marketing agencies and spammy directories. Here is our legally binding pledge of exactly what we will **never** do: ### We NEVER Cold-Call Under Your Name No overseas call centres. No robocalls. Every single heat pumps quote request is 100% inbound from a genuine UK homeowner who actively submitted their details. ### We NEVER Interfere With Your Existing Marketing We don't touch your website, your Google Business profile, or any current SEO/ad campaigns you run. Your day-to-day operations remain 100% undisturbed. ### We NEVER Sell Your Leads To Other Installers Unlike directories that text the same enquiry to 4–5 competitors, every quote we send is exclusive to your business. You never enter a race to the bottom on price. ### We NEVER Charge Monthly Retainers Or Setup Fees No £1,500/month management fees. You pay zero unless a verified customer enquiry arrives in your inbox. If we don't deliver, you don't pay a penny. ### We NEVER Lock You Into Long Contracts No 3-month or 12-month tie-ins. When your fitting diary is fully booked, hit Pause with 1 click in your portal. Turn customer flow on or off whenever you need. ### We NEVER Hold Your Escrow Balance Hostage Your deposit sits in a dedicated Stripe Performance Escrow account held under your company name. You can withdraw your unspent balance back to your bank account anytime. ## Calculate Your Heat Pumps Customer Economics Compare actual Google search click waste (~£892/lead) against your fixed £65 performance escrow. ### Compare Google Ad Click Waste vs. Fixed Pay-Per-Customer At an average UK click cost of **£58/click** (7% conversion), acquiring 20 enquiries costs roughly **£892 per enquiry**—before paying agency management retainers. **Your 1st local customer enquiry is 100% free** so you can verify our quality firsthand. After that, unlock single jobs pay-as-you-go at **£65/enquiry** or top up a 4-job pack (**£260**). ### Strict Heat Pumps Intake Verification Standard Every customer inquiry is verified before being routed to your desk.
